Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inbound Sales Specialist to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers reaching out via inbound channels—such as web inquiries, phone calls, and email. Your primary responsibility will be to qualify leads, understand customer needs,eventually present a demo of our solution and guide leads through the sales process to conversion.
Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to prospects and target accounts. Call and qualify sales leads, understand market needs, and identify sales opportunities.
· Initiate telephone and email contact with potential prospects from various lead sources.
· Source new sales opportunities through market research
· Reach out to prospects through emails, phone calls, and social media campaigns.
· Understand customer needs and pain points to recommend suitable products or solutions.
· Conduct product demonstrations or consultations when required.
· Follow up with warm leads to nurture relationships and drive sales conversions.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
· Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to provide feedback on lead quality and customer trends.
· Meet or exceed monthly sales and lead conversion targets.
· Deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the pre-sale process.
· Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
· 3-5 years’ work experience in an Inside Sales role
· Previous experience in an outbound call centre or a related sales position preferred.
· Strong listening skills.
· Hands-on experience with various lead generation techniques & qualification processes.
