We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Executive to join our
team, with a primary focus on generating new business opportunities in the
employee transportation services industry. As a Sales Executive, you will be,
responsible for cold calling, cold emails, meeting setup, market research, and
leveraging your expertise in employee transportation services to drive sales growth
and expand our customer base.


Responsibilities

  1. Conduct proactive outbound cold calls and emails to potential clients in target industries to introduce our employee transportation services and generate leads.
  2. Identify key decision-makers within organizations and establish contact to
    schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
  3. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, target
    industries, and emerging market trends specific to employee transportation
    services.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation,
    sales growth, and penetrating new markets within the employee
    transportation services sector.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities, sales
    pipeline, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  6. Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through ongoing
    communication and follow-ups, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
    related to employee transportation services to identify new business
    opportunities.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials,
    presentations, and campaigns tailored to the employee transportation services
    sector.
  9. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the
    overall success of the sales team.

Requirements

  1. Proven track record in sales with minimum 3 years of experience, with a focus
    on employee transportation services, SAAS (Software as A Service) or a related
    field.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities, with the ability to articulate the
    benefits of employee transportation services.
  4. Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a passion for sales and a drive to
    achieve results.
  5. Self-motivated on working on ground and push the discussions.
  6. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  7. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  8. Strong research and analytical skills to identify potential clients and market opportunities within the employee transportation services sector.
  9. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  10. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not
    required).
