Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to support our product team in
enhancing the employee transportation experience. In this role, you’ll contribute to product development, feature prioritization, and data-driven decisions, working closely with senior product managers and cross-
functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Roadmap Support: Assist senior product managers in developing and refining product
roadmaps that align with business goals and market needs. - Data-Driven Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze user feedback, and gather insights to guide
product decisions and enhancements. - Feature Execution: Take ownership of feature delivery from planning and execution to post-launch
tracking, ensuring a smooth product experience. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure on-
time, quality product releases. - User Experience Optimization: Collaborate with UX/UI designers and track key metrics to enhance
the product experience continuously.
Qualifications & Key Traits - Experience: 2-3 years in product management, business analysis, or related roles.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven decision-making skills with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Skills: Effective collaboration with diverse teams and excellent communication.
- Ownership Mindset: Proven ability to handle responsibilities, meet deadlines, and proactively tackle
challenges. - Technical Skills: Experience with UX, wireframing, and detailed user story writing, including edge
cases. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
- Bonus: Background in Employee Transportation is a plus.
