What You will do

      HR Operations & Support

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties to ensure seamless processes across the organization.
  • Provide hands-on support on HR-related topics, including leaves, compensation, benefits, and policies, ensuring employee queries are resolved efficiently.
  • Manage employee terminations and grievances with professionalism and empathy
  • Leverage in Greythr, Citray, or similar HRMS for seamless HR operations and process automation.

 Employee Records Management

  • Compile, update, and maintain accurate employee records in HR Systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

HR Policies & Process Improvement

  • Assist in the development, communication, and implementation of HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve HR processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  • Stay updated on HR regulations and employment labor laws relevant to startups.

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Gather and analyze data using HR metrics, providing insights to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports related to personnel activities,

 including hiring, attrition, and performance management.

  Payroll Support

  • Provide relevant employee data to assist in payroll preparation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

 Compliance & Documentation

  • Support documentation processes to ensure compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and industry standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of employee information at all times.


What You will need

  • Experience: Minimum 7-9 years in an HR Operations or similar role.
  • Ownership: A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in delivering results with minimal supervision.
  • Detail Orientation: Ability to manage multiple tasks while focusing on accuracy and details.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Passion for HR: A genuine interest in Human Resources and a desire to drive meaningful change.
