Role Overview

The ABM Manager will be responsible for developing and executing highly targeted, multi-channel ABM campaigns to engage and convert high-value accounts. This role requires a mix of strategic planning, campaign execution, sales alignment, and data analysis to drive pipeline growth and customer expansion.

Key Responsibilities

ABM Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM campaigns tailored to specific accounts or segments.
  • Identify high-value target accounts in collaboration with sales and develop personalized marketing strategies.
  • Leverage digital channels (email, LinkedIn, paid media, website personalization, webinars, etc.) to engage target accounts.
  • Align closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts support revenue goals and pipeline growth.

Sales & Marketing Alignment:

  • Partner with sales to identify target accounts, develop messaging, and optimize outreach strategies.
  • Provide sales teams with account intelligence, personalized content, and engagement insights.
  • Organize ABM playbooks and enablement materials to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Content & Personalization

  • Work with content and creative teams to develop personalized marketing assets for target accounts.
  • Customize messaging and content based on account needs, industry trends, and buyer personas.

Measurement & Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report on ABM campaign performance, pipeline influence, and ROI.
  • Optimize campaigns based on engagement metrics, conversion rates, and sales feedback.
  • Use HubSpot to execute and measure ABM programs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 3-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or account-based marketing.
  • Strong understanding of ABM frameworks (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) and demand generation strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools (Hubspot preferred).
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to align marketing and sales.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign measurement and reporting.
  • Exceptional copywriting and content marketing skills to craft compelling messages for targeted audiences.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels (paid media, social, email, SEO, content syndication).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, Tech, or Enterprise marketing.
  • Knowledge of intent data and predictive analytics for ABM targeting.
  • Experience with event-driven marketing and account engagement tactics.
