Routematic is seeking an experienced Account Manager – Customer Success to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving
client retention. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to deliver successful outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients.
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention by proactively managing client accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
- Monitor account health, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and work with the sales team to capitalize on them.
- Manage client escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, or Customer Success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency in customer service tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
