Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and generating SQL’s over the phone or via online communication. The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, understanding the targeted industry verticals and pitching the product, understanding various personas to get connected and driving the lead towards product demonstration and closure with the sales team. You should be able to set up client meetings or demo and discovery calls and meet targets.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects and target accounts. Call and qualify sales leads, understand market needs, and identify sales opportunities.
- Initiate telephone and email contact with potential prospects from various lead sources.
- Working Geographies India + Global
- Source new sales opportunities through market research
- Reach out to prospects through emails, phone calls, and social media campaigns.
- Understanding customers’ needs and pitching the use case accordingly.
- Route qualified opportunities to the sales team.
- Create strong relationships with prospects at both senior and mid-management levels.
- Build a strong database of prospects in multiple domains using multiple tools and update it in CRM.
- Understand the competitive landscape and market trends.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- 2-4 years’ work experience in an Inside Sales role
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
- Strong listening skills.
- Hands-on experience with various lead generation techniques & qualification processes.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
