Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Presales Associate to support our sales and business development teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, preparing tailored solutions, and presenting Routematic’s technology and services to prospects. This role involves a mix of technical understanding, business acumen, and client-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist in creating compelling proposals, solution documents, RFP/RFI responses, and presentations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and walkthroughs tailored to client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Operations) to ensure feasibility and accuracy of proposed solutions.
- Support solution design for client-specific transportation models using Routematic’s Employee Transport platform.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive offerings, and internal product developments.
- Maintain accurate presales documentation and pipeline tracking through hubspot.
- Be able to develop pricing models for proposal development
Key Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in a presales, business analyst, or client solutions role, preferably in a SaaS, tech, or mobility-related domain.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in preparing proposals, reports, and business decks. Must have good excel skills & data modeling capabilities
- Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and enterprise customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
