About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in one of our largest markets — Bangalore. The role involves leading sales initiatives, developing strategic partnerships with enterprise clients, and expanding Routematic’s presence in the region’s thriving corporate ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to identify new opportunities, deliver tailored mobility solutions, and consistently achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow Routematic’s enterprise client base across Bangalore.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve growth objectives.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, operations, and marketing teams to deliver value-driven transport solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales plans.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management.
  • Strong track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior exposure to the transportation or mobility industry is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
