Location: Hyderabad (Full-time, On-site)

About the Role:
As Regional Sales Manager – Hyderabad, you will spearhead Routematic’s expansion in one of India’s fastest-growing tech and business hubs. You’ll be responsible for driving B2B sales, nurturing relationships with corporate clients, and identifying new opportunities in the Hyderabad market. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills to establish Routematic as the preferred employee transportation partner for leading enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales operations and business development for the Hyderabad region.
  • Formulate and implement regional strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Build long-term client partnerships through consultative selling and superior service delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities within the IT/ITES and manufacturing sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Analyze regional sales performance and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B Sales, Account Management, and Business Development.
  • Strong relationship-building and client management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to operate autonomously while aligning with organizational goals.
  • Experience in the mobility or transportation domain is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
