Job Description
We’re looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Manager to own and grow
Routematic’s presence across digital platforms. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping
our brand narrative, driving audience engagement, and building meaningful
connections with our target audiences, including corporate decision-makers,
enterprises focused on sustainability, and growing companies in Tier 2 cities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy:
o Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned
with Routematic’s business goals and marketing plan.
o Identify and target relevant audiences, including C-suite executives,
procurement managers and transport managers. - Content Creation & Management:
o Ideate, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, videos,
infographics, memes) across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter,
Instagram, and Facebook.
o Collaborate with the graphic design and content teams to produce
high-quality creatives. - Engagement & Growth:
o Foster engagement by responding to comments, messages, and
interactions.
o Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine strategies.
o Explore innovative formats and trends (reels, challenges, memes) to
boost reach and engagement. - Performance Analysis:
o Use analytics tools to track KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower
growth, and conversion rates.
o Generate monthly reports and insights to improve content
performance. - Campaign Management:
o Plan and execute targeted social media campaigns, including those for
hiring, product launches, and partnerships.- Use paid media (ads) to enhance reach among decision-makers and niche audiences.
- Brand Building:
- Build Routematic’s brand voice as a leader in AI-driven employee transportation and sustainability solutions.
- Ensure all communications align with Routematic’s tone and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience managing social media for B2B brands or in a corporate environment.
- Proven expertise in platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creativity and a keen eye for design and trends.
- Understanding of target audiences, including corporate decision-makers and sustainability-focused enterprises.
- Good knowledge of social media paid ad campaigns.
